TARIFF

$150.00 per night, for 1-2 people. (Sunday - Thursday)

$165.00 per night, for 1-2 people. (Friday - Saturday)

Min 2 night stay applies

Extra person rate is $25.

Discounts may apply if staying more than two night.

Minimum night stay may apply throughout year on & off peak.

Minimum bookings also apply for holiday and peak periods.

Special rates for extended stays – off peak.

BOOKING GUIDELINES

Call and book your stay with a 50% deposit.

Balance will be processed on credit card / cash on arrival.

Print the maps for your travel convenience.

Call at least one hour before arrival, if you would like us to meet you at the apartment.

Check-in is after 2.00pm and check-out is before 10am.

Payments can by made by Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, Amex and Diners.

Cheques must be posted and cleared 14 days prior to stay.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you cancel 14 days before you check-in date your deposit will be refunded, less admin fee of $40.

In the event of a cancellation within the 14 days of check-in, you will be liable for the entire stay – your credit card will be charged as normal policy applies.

Only if we resell your stay will you be refunded less any difference in funds and $40 admin fee.
